A practical shortlist: seating and bone-inlay accents
Start with the product, material and intended use before comparing quotations.
One buyer brief, two different decisions
Furniture retailers and importers may be planning an accent range, while café and interior project teams may be selecting seating for a defined layout. Keep those decisions separate in the enquiry. A clear shortlist gives the manufacturer a useful starting point for discussing dimensions, finishes, quantities and packing.
Compare the seating materials
Ratna Exports’ confirmed selection includes a walnut-finish sheesham-wood Chandigarh chair with woven bamboo cane, a natural-finish mango-wood dining chair with hand-woven rope, and a tan-leather café chair with a matte-black powder-coated metal frame. These descriptions identify the selected designs; they do not establish a load rating or commercial performance certification.
Ask for the final dimensions of your selected chair and compare them with the project layout. Discuss the finish reference, upholstery requirements where applicable, intended use and cleaning needs. Browse the wholesale seating and lounge furniture photographs to begin your shortlist.
Choose the role of an accent piece
A patterned end table and a storage cabinet do different jobs. The confirmed bone-inlay selection includes grey-and-black and green end tables with MDF construction and golden metal leg details, plus a three-drawer mango-wood and MDF cabinet with black bone inlay and golden conical sheet-metal legs. The supplied green-table image is a tabletop detail; a detail photograph should not be treated as a complete product view.
For an accent range, review the coffee and side table collection. For storage, review cabinets and sideboards. Confirm the exact design, material, dimensions and finish for each selected photograph.
Confirm finish and packing before an order
Discuss a finish sample and the approved product reference before confirming an order. For wooden products, Ratna Exports describes its sealer and lacquer-based finishes as lead-free and food-grade. This is a manufacturer statement; any specific regulatory or food-contact requirement should be discussed with supporting documentation. Powder-coated metal frames and leather components have their own specifications.
Ask which parts arrive assembled, whether knock-down packing applies to the selected design, and which packing requirements suit your destination. Packing, price and timing are confirmed against the enquiry; none is implied by a photograph.
Send a brief that can be answered
Share your selected product reference, city or export destination, quantity, finish preference and project or buying timeline. Add drawings and required dimensions if you have them. Ratna Exports manufactures and exports furniture from Jodhpur, India for importers, retailers and interior projects, with custom sizes, finishes and wood choices discussed for each enquiry.
